Flash Developers



Eligibility
Education: Graduate
Essential Skills: Flash animation, Flash Actionscript, XML
Desirable Skills: Flex, Flash Remoting
Experience:2 yrs+ in Flash programming


Recruitment Process
  1. Apply online (instructions given at the end of this section)
  2. Your resume shall be reviewed.
  3. If selected, you shall be called to our office for tests and interviews. Details of this are as follows:
    • Aptitude Test

      • The test would measure your aptitude in various areas and skills. Time - 30 mins.

    • Practical Technical Test

      • You would be asked to create a dummy project on the computer. The project would Flash animation and Actionscripting. Time – 60 mins.

    • Theoretical Technical Test

      • The test would determine your theoretical knowledge of Flash programming. Time - 30 mins.

    • Technical Interview

      • This would be conducted by the Chief of Design and you would be quizzed on various technical aspects. Time - NA.

    • HR Interview

      • Interview to be conducted by the CEO. Time - NA.

  4. Selected candidates shall be informed by phone regarding their appointment details.
  5. They will need to come to our office to collect their Appointment Letter and sign and return the Acceptance Letter.


Remuneration

The remuneration (CTC) for this post shall be from Rs. 2.40 lacs to Rs. 3.60 lacs per annum.
The above is only a range. Actual remuneration offered will depend on skills, experience and other factors.
